Ole Hau is a digital signal processing specialist and holds an MSc in electrical engineering. He has worked with sound quality optimization at Bang & Olufsen, and as an independent digital signal processing and embedded software consultant, before joining Widex in 2005. He is currently working as Audiological Research Engineer in the Widex audiological department, and has a broad understanding of all things relating to hearing aids. His research, work and interests includes general audiology, psychoacoustics, models of the auditory system, hearing loss compensation, acoustics, compression and noise reduction algorithms.
Ole Hau contributes his experience within digital signal processing for hearing-aids technologies, as well as psychoacoustic methods and sound quality.
